Jorge Fernández, general manager at Agro Fergi based in Lima, Peru, spoke with GPC at Pulses 2019 about the country’s pulse sector. Agro Fergi is a family-owned business that has been exporting black-eye peas, lima beans, pigeon peas and yellow beans for more than six years.
