Celebrations across the world highlighted the vital role of pulses in promoting sustainable agriculture, enhancing nutrition, and supporting food security. At GPC, we were thrilled to see so many countries bringing communities together to celebrate this superhero crop.

Singapore: Agrocorp & Singapore Pulses Federation Limited

In Singapore, home of GPC President Vijay Iyengar, the pulses community came together in an event at KRSNA’s Free Meals, where the SPFL organized lunch distribution to migrant workers in celebration of World Pulses Day. Later at the Agrocorp office, staff had a pulses-themed lunch and played a game of pulses trivia to mark the occasion!
