That's why we created the GPC Pulses Awards, to honor those who envision a better future where pulses take center stage.

The ideal nominee is one that has developed an innovative pulse product offering a new technology or process that advances the global pulses sector.
This company managed to eliminate 99% of the bitter taste in yellow peas by employing CRISPR gene-editing technology.
This company developed a pregel pea starch concentrate that represents an economical, clean-label, sustainable solution for extending and filling processed meats.
The ideal nominee is working to promote pulses’ ability to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and inspiring others to do the same.
A coalition by the SDG2 Advocacy Hub that aims to double global bean, pea, lentil and chickpea consumption by 2028.

Any company within the pulse industry is eligible for nomination, it doesn't matter what pulses they work with. They can be nominated by third parties or apply themselves.
